HallPass Media Sets Up Premier All-Star HQ in LA, Expanding Summer League & Film Festival Footprint

With the NBA All-Star returning to Los Angeles, HallPass Media is expanding its footprint in a major way. We are excited to announce the launch of our premier All-Star Headquarters at the E-Central Hotel in the heart of Downtown LA. For the first time, HallPass will operate a full-scale hub that brings together the company’s most dynamic properties under one roof, transforming All-Star Weekend into a centralized home base for creators, partners, talent, and fans.

The E-Central All-Star HQ will serve as the official gathering point for Sports Business Classroom, Vegas Summer League (VSL), the Summer League Film Festival, and Pop-A-Shot, creating a multi-platform experience that blends education, entertainment, digital content, and fan engagement.

As part of the footprint expansion, HallPass Media will also unveil a Summer League-themed activation at NBA Crossover inside the Los Angeles Convention Center. This experience will extend the brand’s signature Summer League energy into All-Star Weekend, featuring storytelling, creator appearances, and interactive moments that celebrate one of basketball’s most influential offseason events.

Inside E-Central, HallPass will operate a fully built-out content studio, providing a professional home for interviews, podcasts, digital shows, and creator collaborations throughout the weekend. From media outlets to athletes to influencers, the studio will serve as a turnkey production backdrop steps away from the action.

The All-Star HQ will also feature a Pop-A-Shot regional qualifier, inviting fans to compete for prizes and Summer League–related experiences, along with live watch parties for all major All-Star events, including Rising Stars, All-Star Saturday Night, and the All-Star Game itself.
