HallPass Media Powers Ballislife High School All-American Weekend at SeaWorld

HallPass Media played a key role in bringing the Ballislife High School All-American Weekend to life at SeaWorld, helping transform the venue into a one-of-a-kind basketball and entertainment experience over the course of two action-packed days.

The event brought together many of the top high school men’s and women’s basketball players in the country for a nationally recognized showcase that blended elite competition, fan engagement, and immersive event production in a unique setting unlike any traditional basketball environment.

HallPass Media supported the event across multiple operational areas, including the installation and management of the custom basketball court, venue logistics, and overall event operations throughout the weekend.

Transforming the Venue

One of the most ambitious elements of the production was the placement and buildout of the basketball court inside SeaWorld. HallPass Media worked closely with event partners and venue personnel to oversee the delivery, installation, and operational setup required to convert the space into a broadcast-ready basketball environment capable of hosting practices, activations, and the All-American Game itself.

From flooring logistics and branding placement to back-of-house coordination and timing, the project required extensive planning and collaboration to ensure the venue was prepared for both athletes and fans.
