HallPass Media Helps The Basketball Tournament Set the Tone with First Fully Quarantined Basketball Event
TBT 2020 was another huge step forward for the world of sports and basketball. This marked the first live televised basketball event held on U.S. soil since March 12. The HallPass Media Team played a huge role this year helping tell some of the best and most important stories from the bubble.

ESPN’s coverage of TBT marked its most-watched year for the event since 2017, averaging 200,000 viewers over 23 games. This year ESPN saw their largest TBT broadcast numbers since 2017, averaging 200k viewers per game. On social media, TBT saw over 32.3 million impressions on Twitter and 11.2k new followers.

While inside the “TBT bubble” our team produced over 100 pieces of original content, held 22 media days for teams and top players, set up virtual press conferences for 35 athletes, and helped fulfill sponsorship obligations.
