Sports Business Classroom Announces Partnership with the Chris Paul Family Foundation for HBCU Scholarship
We are excited to announce that Sports Business Classroom (SBC) is partnering with Chris Paul and the Chris Paul Family Foundation to launch the HBCU Scholarship for the 2022 Business of Basketball Immersive Experience in Las Vegas from July 10-15, 2022!
As the global leader in basketball education, Sports Business Classroom is committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion. SBC’s commitment to these values is a major driver of their ability to help make the game, and the business of basketball better.
In partnership with the Chris Paul Family Foundation, Sports Business Classroom will be granting four (4) individuals interested in pursuing their dreams of working in basketball with full scholarships to the program. These scholarships are open to current attendees or recent graduates of an HBCU.
THIS SCHOLARSHIP INCLUDES:
- Full Access to the Business of Basketball Program Sessions
- Exclusive Access to Eight (8) Days of Las Vegas Summer League
- Round Trip Airfare
- 7 Nights Hotel Accommodations
- Morning Snacks, Lunch and Dinner Each Day
- Daily Transfers From Hotel to Training Facilities During the Program (Thomas & Mack Center / Cox Pavilion)
- Access to Exclusive Summer League Parties and Events Not Open to the Public
ELIGIBILITY / SELECTION CRITERIA
To be eligible to receive the scholarship applicants must currently be attending an HBCU or have graduated from an HBCU in June 2020 or later.
The four (4) winners will be selected by three (3) judges that are not affiliated with Sports Business Classroom.
