Sports Business Classroom Announces 2022 Business of Basketball Immersive Experience in Las Vegas
HallPass Media and the Sports Business Classroom (SBC) are proud to announce the Business of Basketball Immersive Experience in Las Vegas from July 10-15, 2022 during NBA Summer League.
The Business of Basketball Immersive Experience was designed to give the future of basketball professionals a chance to experience what it’s like to work in a front office, team, agency, and brand. Students who are accepted into this program will get an immersive, inside look into the world of sports and the intricacies of the business of basketball, conducted in an ideal setting – the Las Vegas Summer League.
Sports Business Classroom is organized like a college. All students get a little bit of everything in the “GE” sections, and also choose one of three majors for in-depth learning:
- League Salary Cap
- Scouting, Video and Analytics
- Media and Broadcast
Past speakers have included NBA Commissioner Adam Silver, TNT’s David Aldridge, New Orleans Pelicans Coaching Advisor Mike D’Antoni, Indiana Pacers Head Coach Rick Carlisle, ESPN’s Ramona Shelburne, ESPN’s Mark Jones, ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski, NBA Executive VP of Basketball Operations Kiki Vandeweghe, and Sacramento Kings Assistant Coach Lindsey Harding, just to name a few.
