GRAPHIC DESIGN INTERNSHIP

HallPass Media and VSL Properties are looking for a graphic design intern to support day-to-day design and production needs.

You will work on a wide range of projects for different properties including: NBA Summer League, The Basketball Tournament and more. You will work directly with our existing designers and marketing team.

Responsibilities

  • Design and work on a wide range of digital & print projects including but not limited to: digital & printed signage, social media content, invites & flyers, graphics for email marketing and social/web ads, photo retouching and more
  • Adhere to brand guidelines (logo, color, layout, graphic elements, etc…)
  • Most design work will be utilizing existing design templates & files
  • File management
  • Manage a variety of projects simultaneously

Qualifications/Skills

  • 1+ years of design experience
  • Proficient in using design software/tools such as: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
    • Plus: Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro,  Acrobat, Spark and XD
  • Understanding of creating for web + print
  • Great eye for layout, typography, and color
  • Have flexibility in time and schedule
  • Strong work ethic: self-starter, independent, collaborative + hardworking
  • Be a team player
  • Able to work and execute at a fast pace, work on the fly + regularly switch tasks
  • Time Management Skills
  • Organization and file management skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ideally someone who understands sports
  • Sense of humor
  • Access to your own laptop/computer
